Capt. Philip Mathews is a qualified Master Mariner with over 30 years of experience. Capt. Philip started his career with the Shipping corporation of India. He worked as Captain with major liners viz. P&O, OMI Corporation, USA etc. He is a consultant to several large shipping companies in USA.

2. Mr. John Mathews, Executive Director (Operations)

Mr. John Matherws is a Business Management professional with over 15 years of marketing experience with leading multinational companies. He has been managing the Indian Operations of LOTS Shipping since inception.

3. Capt. George Vurgese, Director (Overseas Operations)

Capt. George Vurgese is a shipping professional with 16 years sea and 7 years shore experience. Over the last couple of years, he has been actively involved in the US Aid Shipments. He is in-charge of the overseas operation of the company.

4. Capt. Jacob Thomas - Director, LOTS International Limited

Capt.Jacob Thomas has 21 years of seafaring and 8 years commercial shipping experience .He started career with APEEJAYS in 1978 and got command with APEEJAYS in 1989 and commanded various sizes of bulk carriers for 10 years. Served in Senior management positions with Shipping companys in Dubai for 8 years, before moving to LOTS Shipping Limited, in Feb 2007.

5. Dr. Jose Paul, Independent Director

Dr Jose paul has a post graduate degree and a Doctorate in Port Management of the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK with 33 years of experience in the management of port operations in Indian major ports. He is also a Fellow of the British Institute of Management (FBIM)and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of transport, London(FCIT). Served as Chairman, Mormugao Port trust for about five years, Dy Chairman and Acting Chairman of the JN Port, Mumbai for about three years and Dy Chairman of New Mangalore Port for about five years.

6. Mr. K. Shyam, General Manager (Technical )

Specialised as a Mechanical Engineer (B.Tech), Mr. Shyam has extensive sailing experience as Chief Engineer in reputed companies like Shipping Corporation of India, United Ocean Ship Management, Singapore, Univan Ship Management Ltd. and MSC Ship Management, Hong Kong.

7. Ms. Alph Anie Mini Joy Joseph, Dy. General Manager (Finance )

Ms. Mini is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and with a Post Graduation in Management for Mahatma Gandhi University. She has over 12 years of experience in various facets of Finance.

8. Mr. M.K. Santosh, Asst. General Manager (Operations )

Mr. Santosh is currently heading the Company’s operations in Bhavnagar and Karwar and has several years of field experience behind him.

2. Mr. T. Hari, General Manager

Mr. T. Hari, a Mechanical Engineer with MBA, has about 31 years of experience, of which 23 years in inland vessel operations & maintenance in Cochin. Mr. Hari heads the administration & infrastructure development of Master Shipyard.
